About the Client

Our client is a leading civil construction contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects across Australia. Their expertise spans bulk earthworks, roadworks, subdivisions, drainage and utility installation, supporting projects across residential, commercial and government sectors.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is chasing a skilled GPS excavator operator with final trim experience to join their team for ongoing work in White Rock! This is a long-term positions, working Monday Friday starting at 6:30am. You will be working on over 2,500 residential lots and your main duties will be:

• Complete GPS bulk earthworks, battering and final trim excavation to design levels and tolerances
• Perform detailed excavation and trimming around live underground services including water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electrical and communications assets
• Read and interpret construction drawings, service plans and GPS machine control systems
• Conduct potholing and non-destructive digging where required around existing infrastructure
• Assist with trenching, backfilling, drainage installation and detailed civil works as required

What You Will Need

• Drivers Licence + reliable transport
• Previous experience completing the above duties
• GPS & Final Trim experience
• White Card
• Excavator Ticket
