We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Administrator to join our team in Gladstone on a permanent basis.

As the QA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Quality team by ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and consistently high standards across all quality processes. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be critical to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Review, verify and file material certificates and quality records.
• Assist with reviewing work packs, weld maps, hydro test documentation and MDRs for accuracy and client submission.
• Maintain and update QA registers, including entering results and saving pressure graphs.
• Manage ITP and MDR indexes/templates and coordinate document changes to ensure consistent reporting.
• Support audit preparation and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Provide general administrative support to the QA team as required.

What you will bring:

• Strong administrative background with solid technical and process understanding.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within resources, engineering, construction, or maintenance.
• Knowledge of quality systems, auditing processes and ISO 9001.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
• Candidates must be locally based in the Gladstone region.
