About the Role

Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer to support delivery of a major mining & mineral construction project.

This role will initially be based in our Perth office, supporting early project phases including planning, engineering, and mobilisation, before transitioning to site on a 2:1 FIFO roster during execution. The project offers strong continuity with potential for ongoing work across our pipeline.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience working for a contractor, developing project/ construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones.
• Clear written and technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Perth office based, with an ability to undertake a 2:1 Roster
