Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division, supporting on long-term Marine Structural Integrity contract. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination and planning support, including tasks associated with procurement, subcontractor management, quality assurance, client liaison and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and delivery under the Cape Lambert Marine Structural Integrity Project
• Scoping, estimating, execution planning and close out of services including some QA/QC and commercial requirements
• Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in structural integrity/ remediation and marine maintenance/projects
• Previous project/maintenance/mining related supervision experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other systems to manage project documentation
• Either a relevant trade background or tertiary qualification in engineering/ construction management
• Proof of right to work in Australia
