We are now seeking a Principal – Finance Systems to be responsible for the ownership, integrity, optimisation and ongoing development of the Company’s finance systems, including Pronto and associated reporting and integration platforms, to ensure accurate, timely and decision‑useful financial information across the business.

The Opportunity:

• Own and maintain the integrity, accuracy and consistency of financial data across Pronto and integrated systems
• Develop, reconcile and maintain finance system integration to various other systems
• Lead the review, testing, implementation and post‑implementation support of system upgrades and enhancements
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and control
• Develop, maintain and support financial and operational reports, queries and dashboards using approved reporting tools
• Provide system expertise, training and mentoring to finance team members and key business users.
• Partner with Finance, IT and site teams to ensure finance systems support operational and organisational objectives
• Provide remote support and site‑based assistance as required
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports to build a high‑performing finance systems and reporting capability.

We’re excited to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrated experience in similar role
• Demonstrated experience supporting or administering ERP systems (Pronto preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a customer‑service mindset
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or equivalent and CPA or CA qualification - desirable
• Qlikview (Reporting) · ITrack (Accounts Payable Automation) - desirable
