Job Description
Unite Resourcing are seeking an experienced Parts / Storeperson for a workshop-based role in Hazelmere, Perth WA. This is a Monday to Friday position supporting a busy maintenance team, with a strong focus on parts coordination, stock control, and supplier liaison. This is a temporary opportunity with the view to transition into a permanent role.

About the Role
You will be working in a workshop environment, supporting trades and maintenance personnel by ensuring parts and consumables are sourced, tracked, and available when required. The role suits someone from a parts, procurement, mechanical, or service advisory background.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting parts lists from mechanics
- Liaising with suppliers
- Navigating OEM websites and parts diagrams
- Raising purchase orders
- Allocating and receipting ordered parts
- Managing and maintaining stock levels
- Conducting stocktakes of the stores area
- Ordering consumables
- Data entry for accounting and inventory purposes
Requirements
- Experienced in a procurement, parts, mechanical or service advisory background
- Ability to liaise with suppliers, ensuring parts are acquired on time
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct parts are ordered
- Strong communication skills
- Forklift Licence/High Risk Work Licence (advantageous but not essential)
