Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor (NACE 2) to join our PNG Operations team, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 3:3 roster. There may be further ongoing works after the project to be involved in.

Reporting to the Project Superintendent, this position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

• 2-5 years experience in a blast and paint Supervision role
• NACE 1 or 2 qualification essential, NACE 2 preferred
• QA/QC paint inspection experience
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
