Are you a skilled Mechanical Fitter looking for a PERMANENT or CASUAL opportunity with a leading name in the mining industry? Join RCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT) — a trusted innovator in design, manufacture, and maintenance of advanced materials handling equipment.

We’re expanding our Bunbury Workshop team and are seeking motivated tradespeople who take pride in their craft, value safety, and are passionate about precision engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Overhaul and assemble gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, valves, and screens with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Operate and maintain workshop machinery and tools
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment organisation
• Supervise, mentor, and assist apprentices and trades assistants
• Provide feedback to improve processes, tooling, and safety practices

What You’ll Bring

• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Work at Heights and Confined Space certification
• Dogging/Rigging and Forklift tickets (advantageous but not essential)
• Physically fit for manual work and able to pass drug & alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
• Must be based in the South West region
