Junior Drafter - Multi-residential

IntroductionThis is an amazing role for someone early in their drafting career who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop within a high-performing team. Working closely with senior drafters, architects, project managers, and site teams, you will assist in delivering detailed, accurate documentation across modular, townhouse, and multi-residential developments.About this role

Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation packages Assist in drafting modular and townhouse layouts, elevations, and sections Amend and update plans in accordance with client and consultant feedback Interpret architectural drawings, engineering details, and specifications Coordinate documentation with consultants (structural, civil, services, etc.) Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations Support project teams through design development to construction issue Maintain drawing registers and version control Liaise with internal teams to resolve drafting and documentation queries Assist with preparation of DA, CDC, and construction certificate documentation (where applicable)
