ABOUT THE ROLE The BHP Human Resources (HR) team provides seamless HR advisory services. Our HR team works across a range of HR Service Category activities independently or as part of a team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain strong working relationships within the BHP HR community.
• Provide accurate and timely advice on HR-related queries.
• Support the implementation of improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Support reporting processes and develop insights to drive improvement.
• Complete projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Promote a culture of high performance and a disciplined approach to work.

We are looking for candidates with skills in:

• Employee Relations
• HR Business Partnering
• Reward / Payroll / Governance
• Learning / Training
• HR Administration / Team Administration

ABOUT YOU

• Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources (New graduates welcome).
• Experience in Human Resources with exposure in different HR facets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a complex organization and a passion for supporting leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High computer literacy, including spreadsheet/database skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Previous exposure to mining, heavy industry, or professional services is beneficial.
