ABOUT THE ROLE
The BHP Human Resources (HR) team provides seamless HR advisory services. Our HR team works across a range of HR Service Category activities independently or as part of a team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain strong working relationships within the BHP HR community.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on HR-related queries.
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Support reporting processes and develop insights to drive improvement.
- Complete projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Promote a culture of high performance and a disciplined approach to work.
We are looking for candidates with skills in:
- Employee Relations
- HR Business Partnering
- Reward / Payroll / Governance
- Learning / Training
- HR Administration / Team Administration
ABOUT YOU
- Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources (New graduates welcome).
- Experience in Human Resources with exposure in different HR facets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a complex organization and a passion for supporting leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High computer literacy, including spreadsheet/database skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to mining, heavy industry, or professional services is beneficial.
