About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a Hospitality & Utilities Attendant to support housekeeping, kitchen and dining room operations, customer service, and site maintenance at mining villages. FIFO from Brisbane, QLD on a 14:7 roster. The role involves long shifts (10–11 hours) and offers Casual & Permanent opportunities with long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms (dongas)
• Supporting kitchen and dining room operations, including basic food handling and preparation
• Providing friendly customer service in the onsite tavern or retail shop
• Cleaning and maintaining mine-site offices, outdoor areas, and common areas
• Work 14 days on 7 days off
• 10 –11-hour shifts in a physically active role

About You / Requirements

• Ability to travel safely to and from work
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)
• You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
• Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
• Must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
