About You

You have a credible understanding of projects across all stages of the project lifecycle. You have led complex transformation initiatives on a global scale, applying strong strategic thinking and planning to drive sustainable organisational outcomes. Your approach is grounded in the effective application of strategic planning methodologies, informed by a broad, global perspective and an ability to navigate complex operating environments.

You are highly effective at engaging and influencing senior leaders and managing diverse stakeholder groups. With excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship‑building, influencing, and integration skills, you build trust, align priorities, and drive collaboration across the business with varied interests and objectives. Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable clear, confident communication at all levels, supporting sound decision‑making and successful outcomes.

You are a credible and inclusive leader with strong conflict management capability, able to lead with clarity and composure in high‑pressure, complex settings. Known for exceptional time management, you balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery and strategic outcomes. You have a proven ability to build, motivate, and sustain high‑performing teams, shaping inclusive, diverse, and dynamic teams across multiple locations and disciplines to consistently deliver performance results.

A tertiary qualification in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Business, Finance or Commercial is required.
