Our Opportunity

Location: Perth (Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Noongar people)

Roster: 8 Days On / 6 Days Off – 10-hour days

As part of Fortescue’s Property, Travel & Security team, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support to both the Travel team and the wider business. This is a high volume, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively. You will report directly to the Travel Supervisor and contribute to the efficient coordination of travel services across the organisation**.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book charter flights and accommodation across the business
  • Manage domestic commercial flight and accommodation bookings
  • Respond to a high volume of email enquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing phone enquiries
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain data integrity and quality control across travel systems
  • Prepare and distribute accommodation and utilisation reports
  • Support and participate in training for vendors and key stakeholders

  • Professional, positive, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Adaptable and responsive to change
  • Motivated to learn and grow, with a focus on continuous development
  • Experience using SAM & Workflow systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in being able to use Microsoft excel
