Ground Handler

About the Role

As a Ground Handler – Aerodrome, you’ll play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the aerodrome. Your responsibilities will include:

• Aircraft marshalling
• Passenger handling and support
• Cargo and baggage handling
• Refuelling support
• Runway and airside maintenance
• General aerodrome operations and housekeeping
• Maintaining high safety and operational standards at all times

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring:

• Previous experience in aviation, mining, logistics, or a similar operational environment preferred, but not essential
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance
• The ability to work in remote conditions and outdoor environments
• Physical fitness and a willingness to perform manual tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A current driver’s licence
• A reliable, proactive, and professional approach to work
