We are seeking graduating or recently graduated university students to join our Graduate Program commencing February 2027. About the Role

As a Health & Safety Graduate, you will be offered a permanent position within our Health, Safety and Training teams, gaining hands-on experience in safety management across multiple mine sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting line management to identify, develop, coordinate, and implement health and safety initiatives, management systems, and strategy

• Participating in risk assessments, incident investigations, and change management processes

• Supporting assurance and auditing activities

• Contributing to health and safety programs, initiatives, and training

• Assisting in emergency management planning and response

• Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations

About You

You will be:

• Qualified with a tertiary qualification in health, safety, occupational hygiene, or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)

• Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
