Techforce is seeking reliable and motivated Field Technicians and Core Yard Technicians to support ongoing exploration projects across Western Australia. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive outdoors, and want to be part of a team driving exploration forward—this role is for you.
About the Role You will support geologists and exploration teams across a range of commodities and locations. These roles involve physical, practical work in remote camp environments, with varied rosters including 8:6, 2:1, and 12:9 FIFO/DIDO.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process and manage RC/AC and Diamond drill samples
• Cut core, prepare dispatch, and maintain sample quality
• Assist geologists with day‑to‑day field and exploration tasks
• Follow company HSE procedures and maintain a strong safety culture
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure safe operation

About You

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow direction and work both independently and in a team
• Comfortable with long hours in remote, challenging environments
• Physically fit, adaptable, and hands-on

Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence
• First Aid Certificate(issued within the last 2 years)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical& drug/alcohol screening
• Two recent references, police clearance & full Australian working rights
• Forklift Ticket(advantageous but not essential)
