Genesis Minerals are seeking expressions of interests for our FY27 Graduate Program.

Our Graduate program is an excellent opportunity to put your studies into practice while gaining valuable insight and exposure into how your chosen discipline works in real life situations.

At Genesis, we offer programs across a number of disciplines, including Geology, Mine Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Survey and Metallurgy. We aim to set you up for future success and develop your knowledge base and skills with practical work experience.

Working across our portfolio of surface and underground operations and our corporate teams, these opportunities provide you with the ability to make meaningful contributions from day one while building your network with other mining professionals and experienced leaders who will expose you to various aspects of the mining lifecycle.

Over your 2-year program, we will assist you with building highly sought after skills, confidence, and experience in a safe, respectful and rewarding working environment.

We have the assets and people in place to achieve our vision; The premium Australian gold miner – Sustainable, high quality, +500koz p.a. We have open pit and underground operations, established mines and exploration projects so there is plenty of scope to broaden your experience.

Our assets include the historic Gwalia mine and Ulysses underground operations, as well as our open pits - Hub, Admiral, Jupiter and soon to be developed Tower Hill.
