The Role

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our team. This role will initially be office-based in Subiaco for the first 6 months, with the opportunity to transition to a site-based position at Pinjarra for the right candidate.

The Graduate Engineer will support the effective management of procurement activities, as well as the supervision and coordination of resources and subcontractors. The role will also involve assisting with planning and scheduling, along with the preparation of project deliverables.

In this position, the successful candidate will work closely with the project delivery team to help ensure that commercial, schedule, quality, safety, environmental, and technical objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of project specifications and preparation of related QA-QC documentation including Inspection Test Plans, Field Inspection Records, MDR etc
• Develop & maintain project documentation
• Collating of project data to monitor production and cost
• Undertake site inspections to ensure compliance to specifications
• Procurement support including Subcontract / Supplier QA-QC management
• Support Site Management team as required
• Ensure project compliance to the contract requirements and project budget

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Degree in Engineering

• Well-developed computer skills

• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge

• Full WA drivers license
