We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Multiskilled Machine Operators for upcoming opportunities across Rio Tinto sites in the Pilbara. Ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in civil and mining earthworks, and be comfortable working across rehabilitation, pad construction, and production environments.

Role Details

• Location: FIFO from Perth, WA Only
• Roster: 2:1 (Day Shift Only)
• Pay Rate: Competitive market rates (based on experience)
• Start Date: Upcoming projects – register your interest

Key Responsibilities

• Excavators
• Loaders
• Dozers
• Graders
• Watercarts (6 & 8 wheel)
• Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
• Skid Steers
• HR/ HC/ MC Trucks
• Bulk earthworks
• Detailed earthworks & final trim
• Haul road construction & maintenance
• Rehabilitation works
• Pad construction & clearing

Essential Requirements

• Current Rio Tinto inductions (ESSENTIAL)
• Must have been active on a Rio Tinto site within the last 2 years
• Valid SAP / Pegasus number
• Aveling training completed within the last 2 years, including RTIO IWP Essentials & Lock Holders Theory; Perth Regional Hub Essentials
• Proven experience in:
  • Bulk & detailed earthworks
  • Haul roads, rehabilitation & pad works
  • Final trim & GPS (highly regarded)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Relevant plant tickets and VOCs
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & LABDAS
• Willing to attend a screening interview
