Job Description

Programmed Energy and Resources are currently seeking applicants for a Crib Relief Dump Truck Traineeship in the Lower Hunter.

Roster / Hours:

  • Lifestyle Roster - Dayshift Only
  • 5 Hour shifts
  • 9:30am to 2:30pm

About your new role:

  • Minimum 24-Month traineeship role
  • This competency-based traineeship leads to a nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III - Surface Extraction Operations
  • Lower Hunter mine location

About you:

  • Safe and productive work ethic
  • Hold a current Car P2 drivers' licence or higher - MUST be able to confidently drive a manual vehicle
  • Be able to work a lifestyle roster including weekends
  • Provide 2 recent work referees
  • Be able to provide a local residential address or willing to relocate within one hour of the mine site, this is NOT FIFO
  • Be available to attend required interviews / assessment centres in the Singleton Office
  • Able to undergo and pass full Order 45 Coal Services Health medical and D&A Test
  • You will be asked to provide an RMS driving record for consideration if you are invited for an interview
  • Able to commit to full 12.5 hour shifts during training period (Up to 3 months)
