Completions & Handover Lead

We are currently partnering with a major resources organisation to recruit an experienced Completions & Handover Lead to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital projects across process plants, renewables, transmission infrastructure, civil works and sustaining capital.

This role is suited to a hands-on completions specialist who can design, implement and embed completions systems and data structures that project teams execute against. The focus is on building and implementing systems that enable disciplined project delivery, rather than policy or reporting.

Monday - Friday

The Role

You will design and implement a structured completions model supporting:

• Manufacture and FAT integration
• Installation verification
• Punch management
• Certificate-based progression
• Structured handover to operations

You will establish the completions framework early in the project lifecycle and transition configured systems to project execution teams as delivery scales.

Key Responsibilities

CMS Configuration (OMEGA PIMS)

• Configure and administer OMEGA PIMS to support structured completions workflows.

• Develop ITR structures, punch workflows, certification logic and dashboards.

• Define verification boundaries and implement CMS configuration controls.

• Develop CMS processes, standards and training materials.

• Data Integrity & Integration

• Receive and consolidate engineering, vendor and contractor datasets.

• Clean, validate and rationalise equipment and tag data prior to CMS upload.

• Identify traceability gaps, duplication and inconsistencies.

• Establish repeatable data ingestion and quality control processes.

Completions Governance

• Validate systemisation and boundary structures within the CMS framework.
• Support installation verification, commissioning readiness and staged handover.
• Develop and standardise ITR libraries with commissioning teams.
• Provide CMS governance and support during project execution.

Transition & Oversight

• Onboard project completions teams once systems are established.
• Maintain oversight of CMS integrity, certificate readiness and data quality**.**

Required Experience

• Hands-on configuration and administration of OMEGA PIMS or similar completions systems on major capital projects.
• Experience building completion structures from engineering data through to certification and operational handover.
• Strong understanding of installation verification, punch management and commissioning readiness.
• Advanced Excel capability, including PowerQuery or equivalent data transformation tools.
• Proven ability to clean, validate and reconcile large datasets.
• Experience integrating engineering, vendor and contractor data into structured completions workflows.
