Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated SAP Master Data Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP Master Data to support operational excellence across our Energy & Resources portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring asset structures, maintenance strategies and supporting documentation are accurate, compliant and aligned to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating new and modifying existing Functional Locations (FLOCs) in SAP

  • Identifying and tagging assets within SAP in line with asset hierarchy standards

  • Bulk uploading and maintaining maintenance strategies in SAP

  • Creating new and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs)

  • Raising maintenance notifications, supporting ad-hoc planning activities and assisting with budget preparation

  • Managing general master data requests

Role Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working within SAP, preferably in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Master Data
  • Strong understanding of asset hierarchies, maintenance strategies and BOM structures
  • Experience performing bulk data uploads and data validation
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
