About the role
Our Resources Industry team is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Scheduler (internally titled Asset Maintenance Scheduler) to join us. This is a full‑time Monday–Friday position with the flexibility to work in a hybrid home/office environment.
Reporting to the Asset Strategy Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our asset fleet running at its best. You’ll oversee the tracking, scheduling and coordination of asset servicing, ensuring maintenance is completed on time and that asset reliability continues to improve. By managing data accuracy, backlog visibility and reporting, you’ll help identify opportunities for preventative maintenance that ultimately support a better experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and manage service requests for preventative maintenance.
- Review, prioritise and schedule outstanding maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate machine servicing.
- Keep branches informed on work scope, timelines and updates.
- Monitor allocated budgets, ensuring works remain within scope and flagging any variances.
- Maintain accurate maintenance schedules and data within internal systems.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration, coordination or scheduling roles.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Understanding of equipment maintenance (advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering positive relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging, negotiating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and analyse information effectively.
