Workshop Service Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is a well-established WA business specialising in heavy equipment sales, service and aftermarket support. Due to continued growth, they're seeking a Workshop Service Coordinator to play a key role in managing service jobs from quotation through to completion, ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional experience.

What's Involved?

• Prepare quotes, job costings and invoices
• Schedule workshop repairs, servicing and inspections
• Liaise with customers regarding service updates
• Assist with work orders, purchase orders and documentation
• Coordinate suppliers and outsourced services
• Maintain accurate records through NetSuite and other systems
• Support workshop operations and customer service outcomes

About You

• Previous workshop, service coordination or maintenance administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and tradespeople
• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Experience with quoting, invoicing or job costing
• Mechanical, automotive, transport, hydraulic or heavy equipment exposure highly regarded
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Full Australian working rights
