Warehouse Coordinator / Senior Warehouse Officer

Our client, a leader in mining and processing equipment both nationally and worldwide, is currently seeking a Permanent, Full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join their team of 12 others located in Forrestfield.

You will be someone who loves working in a close-knit team of professionals, who genuinely has a passion for the warehouse and distribution industry, duties will include:

• Ensuring receivals, stocktake, logistics and overall processes are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Container unloading via forklift (up to 5 tonne)
• Stock receival and labelling of products
• Generation of purchase orders
• Dispatching stock to various clients
• Regular communication with clients, internal staff and other parties to ensure smooth intake and output of data and stock
• Use of client portals, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Criteria:
To be successful in this position, you will ideally possess the following:

• Professional and clear communication style
• Intermediate experience with MS Products
• Forklift License and Experience - up to 5T (essential)
• Confidence and strong understanding of warehouse operations
• The ability to work autonomously
• Full Australian Driver's Licence
• Australian Working Rights (sorry no holiday visa's)
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
