Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking 2x experienced Warehouse/Forklift Operators to join a well-established logistics and industrial services company based in Bibra Lake. These opportunities offer stable hours, a strong safety culture, supportive team environment, and the potential for ongoing work for reliable operators.

What's on Offer?

• $37.71/hr + penalties (casual rate)
• Monday to Friday roster
• 6:30am or 7:30am starts
• 8-hour days

Duties Include:

• Operating forklifts within the wool processing area
• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
• Packing and unpacking containerised freight
• Learning and operating the core line (training provided)
• Assisting with inventory and stock control
• Completing basic paperwork and computer-based tasks
• Adjusting and handling wool bales
• General warehouse and housekeeping duties

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
