Travel Accommodation Coordinator

The Position

We are currently seeking a Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to join our support team based in our head office in Brisbane. You will join our growing team who are dedicated to providing accommodation booking solutions for our remote locations across Australia.

• Booking travel and accommodation requests for our customers across various FIFO rosters
• Liaising with relevant travel and accommodation stakeholders not limited to airport and camp management
• Data entry of customer information into multi-platform software
• Responsible for answering telecommunications and email communication in a timely manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers and clients

The Person

• Previous experience working within the travel and accommodation industry is essential
• Experience booking and coordinating FIFO travel is highly regarded
• Experience using INX, SAMs, Avantik, Service Now or Serko
• Previous experience in a facilities management service environment highly regarded
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends on a rotating roster
• Good diagnostic skills and the ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication
