About the position

As a Graduate Geologist you’ll report to experienced managers across our mining and project teams. Based in Muswellbrook, you’ll gain hands-on experience through real work assignments and professional development opportunities.

You will:

• Apply your academic knowledge to practical, on-site tasks
• Build technical and professional skills
• Gain exposure to operational and project activities
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
• Learn industry systems, processes, and best practices

About You

We’re looking for motivated, curious, and team-oriented graduates who are ready to make a real impact. You’ll ideally bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science (majoring in geology or a related discipline)
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
• A strong willingness to learn and take initiative
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
