About the Role

In this role you will report to Manager - Business Systems, and will be responsible for delivering practical SAP S/4HANA training to maintenance and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver system training primarily within SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / Maintenance, leveraging prior SAP maintenance experience to support effective end-to-end use.
• Develop and maintain S/4HANA training materials, including user reference guides, and prepare effective training schedules.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for Macmahon users at all levels on SAP S/4HANA and related corporate technology systems, either face to face or via online delivery channels.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure training outcomes align with standard maintenance business processes, and support process improvements within scope.
• Periodic travel to Macmahon operational projects to deliver onsite training (approximately one week per month).
• Based at our Head Office near Perth Airport on a Monday to Friday roster.

About You / Requirements

• Degree / diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years).
• Extensive experience on lead-instructor delivering SAP system training.
• Prior mining industry or contracting environment experience will be desirable.
• Prior experience of SAP S/4HANA asset management or maintenance system applications (including maintenance execution and reliability-focused processed).
• Strong hands-on functional experience as SAP system key user.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus, demonstrated through courteous and professional interactions with all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Degree / diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years)
