What you will be Doing

A key part of your role will involve verifying the competencies of operators and contractors, ensuring they meet site and regulatory expectations. You will also support the development and delivery of training programs that balance compliance obligations with operational needs. Above all, you will play an important role in promoting a strong safety-first culture, ensuring that all training initiatives align with site safety regulations and contribute to a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site training, inductions, orientations, and toolbox talks
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with SHE standards and relevant legislation
• Verify competencies of operators and contractors
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs
• Align training activities with operational and compliance requirements
• Promote and support a strong safety-first culture across the site
• Ensure all training aligns with site safety regulations

What you will need

• Training Transcripts/ LMS with proven experience
• Standard 11, Coal Board Medical and Drivers License
• SOA TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment MANDATORY
