Technical Writer

Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing and engineering organisation, renowned for delivering complex, high-value projects across Australia and internationally. We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Technical Writer to support clear, consistent, and high-quality documentation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain clear documentation of business processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Create visual process maps using recognised methodologies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and refine technical and process information.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to established standards for format, terminology, and structure.
• Review and enhance existing documentation to improve readability, clarity, and efficiency.

About You

• 1-2 years' experience in Technical Writing or a similar documentation-focused role.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to clarity, accuracy, and structure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business communication platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and analytical thinking.
• Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.

Location: Fremantle WA Rate: $65 - $73 per hour + super Employment Type: Contract
