Technical Sales Manager - WA

Unite Resourcing are an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation delivering specialist water treatment and process solutions to the mining and resources sector.
Based in Perth, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with engineering and leadership teams to identify new business opportunities, develop tailored technical solutions, and build long-term client partnerships across WA and national projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the mining and resources sector
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver high-quality tenders, proposals, and cost estimates
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to develop fit-for-purpose technical solutions
• Build and maintain a strong industry network across WA
• Ensure a high standard of client service and ongoing account management

About You

• 3–5+ years’ experience in technical or solution-based sales
• Background within mining, resources, or industrial sectors
• Exposure to water treatment, process systems, or OEM environments is advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in tendering and proposal development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
