Monadelphous is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Supervisors / Coordinators to support the maintenance execution of a critical Liebherr T282 haul truck reliability program at Mt Arthur.

This is a 2-year secondment opportunity working on Project GreenBherr, offering a day work roster and the chance to contribute to a high-profile reliability initiative.

• Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating maintenance execution teams.
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with HSE standards and site procedures.
  • Managing work front readiness, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Driving productivity and quality outcomes across maintenance activities.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the project.
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder communication across operations and maintenance teams.

• What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a supervisor or Coordinator role within heavy mobile equipment or mining maintenance.
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
  • Ability to lead teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and time management capability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
