About the Role
Performs document control and management of project information in support of the project team.
- Responsible for the registration, distribution, and disposition of project documentation in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Explores and offers solutions to document control issues and challenges.
- Ensures project deliverables are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Provides support, guidance, and governance to external contractors’ document control teams.
- Monitors the proper usage of project document, data, or model management systems and related procedures.
- Provides support and coaching on document management systems and processes.
About You / Requirements
- Skilled in managing expectations and ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
- Ability to anticipate customer requirements and proactively address concerns.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exercises sound judgment and critical thinking, validates assumptions, and understands stakeholder requirements.
- Approaches work with a strategic mindset, including the ability to identify new opportunities and drive them through to implementation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage change with resilience.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate with others to build respectful, positive, and sustainable relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Professional qualifications related to information management or document control are highly regarded.
- Expert user of one or more electronic document management systems (Aconex mandatory).
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and SmartPlant suites.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage change with resilience.
