What does it take to work for Sodexo?
Working on the mines can be very rewarding but it isn’t for everyone. Consider what to expect and what is required of you when assessing your options:

• It is a prerequisite for this role that candidates are currently residing in Kalgoorlie
• You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or nights as required
• Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to multi-task and assist across areas with a positive teamwork approach
• Ability to understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Transport to/from site
