Job Description
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator – Service Operations will provide essential administrative support to our Kalgoorlie team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of operational activities. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Success in this role requires a proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the capacity to understand and support broader business objectives.
Roster: Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)
Location: Kalgoorlie Branch
What you’ll do:

Providing high-quality administrative support across the team

Handling purchase requisitions and overseeing the purchasing process

Managing time capture reporting to ensure accurate records

Maintaining archives and ensuring documentation is well-organized and accessible

Ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies and procedures

Coordinating and managing training requirements for staff

Overseeing safety and contamination control audits

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
-
Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or several years’ experience working in a similar level influencing role

Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
-
Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly

Customer service orientation

Attention to detail and accuracy

Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people

Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
