Glencore Mount Isa Mines is currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Administrator
Mobile Maintenance, based at the Zinc Lead Concentrator.
This fulltime, permanent position will report to the Coordinator
Maintenance and the roster is 5:2
4:3 9 hours per day work roster.

The Role
In this position you will have the opportunity to provide a high level of administration support to the Zinc Maintenance
Reliability Teams, to achieve its objectives through the effective support of the work management planning and administration functions. We offer a unique opportunity for you to join an innovative and dynamic team along with the ability to assess and implement improvement initiatives through the division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating mobile equipment requests using K2 Platform
- Coordinating Scaffold requirement requests using K2 Platform
- Managing and monitoring the Outlook calendar
- Performing data entry and preparing progress reports
- Communicating booking status to all stakeholders
- Reporting to internal & external maintenance workshops relevant maintenance related issues
- Overseeing leave and rostered day-off (RDO) coverage
- Demonstrating safety leadership and ensuring team compliance with relevant policies, standards, and procedures
- Optimizing assigned resources and driving continuous improvement to minimize cost and waste during shifts
- Fostering a culture of accountability and high performance through mentoring and coaching
- Exhibiting environmental leadership and enforcing adherence to applicable policies, standards, and procedures
You will have the following skillset and attributes:
- Previous experience the administration
- Manual Australian drivers licence
- HRW Forklift ticket is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and knowledge of SAP/Ellipse and Bsafe is desirable
- Excellent customer service delivery and organisational skills
- The ability to meet set deadlines and prioritise activities where required
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and high problem-solving skills
