About the Role

• The Senior Officer Supply will lead the site supply function to ensure materials and services are available when needed. Working closely with Surface and Underground operational and maintenance teams, you will support safe production and help keep site operations running efficiently.
• Lifestyle friendly 8:6 FIFO roster
• Lead, mentor, and support the Supply team
• Build strong working relationships with planning, maintenance, and operational teams
• Proactively manage warehouse inventory, including receipting, issuing, and stock control in SAP
• Maintain critical spares and consumables to support continuous operations
• Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements
• Prepare, analyse, and distribute supply and inventory reports as required

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Supervisor in the day-to-day coordination of supply activities across three stores, including an underground store
• Lead, mentor, and support the Supply team
• Build strong working relationships with planning, maintenance, and operational teams
• Proactively manage warehouse inventory, including receipting, issuing, and stock control in SAP
• Maintain critical spares and consumables to support continuous operations
• Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements
• Prepare, analyse, and distribute supply and inventory reports as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior supply or warehouse role
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current driver’s licence and Forklift High‑Risk Work Licence
• Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor qualification (or ability to obtain)
• SAP or similar ERP system experience highly desirable
