We are on the hunt for an experienced Drilling Supervisor ready to take ownership of a critical function within a high-performing open pit operation. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy leading teams, and have experience with autonomous drilling technology, this is the role for you.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you'll lead daily drilling operations and play a key role in delivering production targets safely and efficiently.
You'll be at the forefront of autonomous and tele-remote drilling, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily drill and blast operations
- Mentor and develop drill crews, building a high-performance team
- Oversee autonomous drill fleets and support tele-remote operations
- Ensure compliance with site safety systems and statutory requirements
- Monitor productivity, KPIs, and drilling performance
- Coordinate maintenance and minimise downtime
- Conduct pre-starts, safety interactions, and incident investigations
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience as a Drilling Supervisor in hard rock open pit mining
- Strong background in autonomous drilling systems
- Experience with tele-remote operations (highly regarded)
- Current Section 26 (S26) qualification
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of drill & blast processes and production targets
- A genuine commitment to safety, team culture, and operational excellence
