Senior People & Culture Partnership Across Our WA Portfolio
At Civeo, our people are central to everything we do. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide high-level People & Culture support to our operational leaders, ensuring our majority onsite workforce is empowered, engaged, and aligned with Civeo’s strategic direction.
Bringing solid HR expertise within remote, skilled, and onsite operational workforces, you exercise strong judgement, critical thinking, and a high level of attention to detail. Your senior capability in navigating complex employee matters — including investigations, grievances, and performance management — positions you as a trusted strategic partner to operational leaders.
This role offers **hybrid in office (3 days per week) and WFH (2 days per week)**and will include regular travel across the organisation to support our site-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver high-quality People & Culture guidance and support.
- Provide advice on the application of People & Culture policies, procedures, and systems.
- Offer subject-matter guidance on the Fair Work Act, industrial instruments, and applicable legislative requirements.
- Lead end-to-end case management including investigations, grievances, and performance management.
- Support delivery of company-wide P&C initiatives such as performance reviews and workplace surveys.
- Collaborate across the People & Culture team and participate in projects as required.
- Work with CIS HSQE to manage workplace injuries, claims and rehabilitation.
- Monitor and analyse P&C metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and maintain professional HR information.
Key Competencies & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Industrial Relations or related field.
- Significant HR Generalist experience in a blue-collar, fast-paced environment.
- Leadership or team coaching experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret industrial instruments and employment law.
- Experience managing performance issues, complaints and investigations.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, including reporting and presentation.
- Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office.
- Strong judgement, critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with a continuous improvement approach.
