• 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO ex-Perth + 6% site allowance & private health

• Lead environmental compliance & sustainability at Gruyere, WA
• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science + WA environmental legislation knowledge

The Opportunity:
You’ll make a meaningful impact by providing strategic advice, managing approvals, and leading environmental initiatives… contribute, deliver, collaborate, innovate, develop, design, support, mentor for our Environment team at Gruyere mine.

What You’ll Do
• Provide strategic environmental advice and day-to-day support
• Manage approvals and stakeholder consultation under WA legislation
• Lead monitoring, audits, inspections, and reporting
• Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued

What You’ll Bring
• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science and manual driver’s licence
• Previous experience in environmental compliance, audits, and approvals
• A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
