About the Role

This position leads stakeholder and community engagement strategies designed to strengthen trust and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing sponsorships and high‑profile events
• Building productive partnerships with Indigenous organisations, community groups, government and industry contacts
• Advising senior leaders on engagement risks and opportunities.
• Developing high quality communication materials for internal and external audiences, supported by advanced Excel and project planning skills to meet the demands of a fast‑paced environment.

About You / Requirements

• Experience in stakeholder and community engagement within mining, infrastructure, government or similar sectors.
• Solid event and sponsorship management capability.
• Advanced Excel skills and project planning experience.
• Strong organisational and analytical capability; ability to manage sensitive issues with cultural awareness.
• Experience working with Traditional Owners and Indigenous communities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, or community engagement, or related fields.
