About the Role
As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising project schedules to ensure efficient delivery. Your duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining detailed construction project plans and schedules
- Allocating resources effectively to support project requirements
- Monitoring progress and identifying delays or risks, implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with project managers, site teams and subcontractors
- Providing regular reporting, updates and forecasting to stakeholders
- Optimising schedules to improve productivity and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate project documentation including Gantt charts
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across planning functions
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Planner/Scheduler (construction preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies and project life cycles
- Knowledge of risk management principles
