About the Role

As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising project schedules to ensure efficient delivery. Your duties will include:

• Developing and maintaining detailed construction project plans and schedules
• Allocating resources effectively to support project requirements
• Monitoring progress and identifying delays or risks, implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with project managers, site teams and subcontractors
• Providing regular reporting, updates and forecasting to stakeholders
• Optimising schedules to improve productivity and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate project documentation including Gantt charts
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across planning functions

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Planner/Scheduler (construction preferred)
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Sound understanding of construction methodologies and project life cycles
• Knowledge of risk management principles
