Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our Upstream CSG team on a permanent, full time basis.

Based in Brisbane with periodic site visits, this role provides specialist expertise in major maintenance scheduling. You’ll be responsible for delivering an integrated schedule using Primavera P6 and working closely with our client to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Deliver clear, accurate scheduling and project management support.
• Build and optimise integrated maintenance and shutdown schedules using Primavera P6.
• Update, maintain and review schedule documentation and identify risks or issues.
• Liaise closely with the client and internal teams to gather planning inputs.
• Assist with project set up for costs, budgets, claims and forecasting.
• Capture and assess progress in Earned Value systems and reporting tools.

What you will bring

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (Operations experience highly regarded).
• Demonstrated proficiency with Primavera P6 (essential).
• Exposure to all aspects of maintenance, planning, and scheduling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management capability with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid Australian work rights.
