The Opportunity

Ready to combine your technical expertise with real commercial impact?

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where you’ll act as the link between Sales and Engineering—turning customer requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and manage design requests, modifications and custom solutions.
• Translate customer needs into technical specifications and scope.
• Support major tenders and project bids.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver outcomes.
• Drive process improvement and standardisation across engineering.

What we are looking for

• Engineering qualification (or relevant industry experience) with knowledge of design processes and systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical/hydraulic engineering.
• Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems.
• Systems savvy individual with exposure to design software.
• Experience working across sales, engineering or technical environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
