About the Role

An experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our Asset & Facilities Maintenance team at Coppabella Village located approximately two hours inland from Mackay, QLD.

The main responsibilities of this role include carrying out the reactive, planned and preventative maintenance in Civeo Villages in a professional, technically sound, safe and timely manner.

Full-time, Permanent Positions available, consisting of 7-7 roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance in Civeo Villages in a professional, technically sound, safe and timely manner.

About You / Requirements

• Refrigerant handling licence
• Restricted electrical work licence – restricted to refrigeration/air-conditioner installation
• Trade Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
• Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated experience in similar work, preferably in the service industry/hospitality/high volume hotel services over multiple sites
• A minimum of two years experience in cold room maintenance or repair work
• Experience with installation/maintenance/repair of air conditioning systems, including ducted
• Experience in maintenance and repair of heat pump type hot water systems
• Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments

Qualifications & Certifications

• Refrigerant handling licence

• Restricted electrical work licence – restricted to refrigeration/air-conditioner installation

• Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence

• Trade Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
