About the Role

We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Mobilisation Admin to join our internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the recruitment and resources industry. Experience in mining recruitment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to a team of recruiters
• Assisting with mobilisation of candidates for FIFO and local positions
• Opportunity to assist with blue collar recruitment drives
• Document control and compliance management
• Organising site inductions, booking flights and accommodation if required for candidates
• Managing and communicating professionally with employees and clients
• Answering incoming phone calls
• General administration duties as required

About You / Requirements

• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Professional approach when working with employees and clients
• Must have valid working rights in Australia

What's On Offer / Benefits

• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
• $40ph casual rate
• Adelaide Terrace, Perth office
• WFH days available once fully trained and up to speed on systems and processes
• Casual position on offer to begin with the opportunity to be offered full-time employment
