We’re seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Advisor to support operational manning across our Defence contract in South Australia and Western Australia.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume, high-compliance environments and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to deliver real workforce outcomes. Your work will directly impact site readiness, workforce capability and contract performance.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment across the portfolio of defence sites. You’ll assist with forecasting workforce needs, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely, compliant placements in a regulated, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle recruitment aligned to operational needs
• Manage high-volume and campaign hiring across SA and WA
• Ensure strict compliance with defence and contractual requirements
• Support workforce mobilisation and surge recruitment
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and forecasts
• Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-fill

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in high-volume or operational recruitment
• Strong compliance focus and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and urgent hiring
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in facilities management, healthcare, utilities or government contracts will be highly regarded.

Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance
