About the Role

Our recruitment team go above and beyond daily for our candidates and deliver a high volume of quality hires each month to ensure Monadelphous always delivers for our customers.

The 'Engine Room' of Monadelphous' business, the recruitment team manages recruitment across all levels of roles, craft, staff, supervision and senior leadership, placing 100's of candidates in business-critical roles per month, managing every aspect of the candidate journey.

Our Recruitment Receptionist is the first point of contact for our team, candidates and visitors, and sets the tone for the candidate journey. This isn't just sitting at our front desk, it's opening our 'shop' every day and creating great opportunities for candidates to join Monadelphous.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Engagement, either by phone, email or in person. Helping connect the candidate with the recruiter or the right opportunity
• Managing multiple lines of inbound/outbound calls, ensuring no call is unanswered
• 5 days per week, 8am-430pm
• Administration tasks related to recruitment or general office, including data entry, ticket/licences uploading, printer/stationary stocks and general organisation of our interview/induction rooms
• Assisting out future employees with their PPE and inductions, ensuring they are supported and can get to site on time

What you'll bring

• Experience on a busy reception desk, managing call volume or experience in a customer service role (Retail/hospitality) where you've managed high volumes of customer interactions
• A commitment for 5 days per week, opening up the reception every morning at 8am
• A love for talking to people, helping people and engaging.
