Recruitment Administrator

About the Role

Evolve Talent is proudly recruiting on behalf of a leading 100% Australian-owned catering and facilities services provider operating across Western Australia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis, available to start immediately. In this role, you will be the engine behind end-to-end recruitment activity, supporting the sourcing and onboarding of Chefs and Utility staff for remote mining village operations across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms
• Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process
• Managing offer of employment administration and documentation
• Assisting with candidate mobilisation to remote site locations
• Responding to internal and external recruitment enquiries in a timely manner

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for recruitment or human resources
• Experience in HR or recruitment administration (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Strong IT proficiency across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required
